Customer satisfaction is a top priority for Fresh Kidz. We accept return requests within 31 days from the date of delivery for your purchase. In order to receive a full refund, the product must be unused and in new condition. However, if the item has been used, a restocking fee of 30% of the purchase price will apply.
It's important to be aware that shipping charges are non-refundable, and we do not provide prepaid return labels. Once the returned items have been received and processed, credit will be issued within 3-4 business days. Please keep in mind that we reserve the right to refund your order based on the aforementioned terms instead of accepting a return.
